A9.5 Diamond Toolholder works on South Bend 9 or 10K, Logan, or other lathes up to 12" swing using turret, quick-change, or other Aloris-type side-loading toolposts. The shank is 1/2 w x 1/2" h in size. The photo shows the high speed steel tool blank being ground into a diamond pattern and mounted into the toolholder, ready for cutting. The tool blank is ready to be cutting metal in less than a minute.
