Shipping & Returns
We try to ship within two days after receiving your order. Videos and DVDs are generally shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Books are shipped USPS Media Rate. We charge $7.00 for the first book plus $4.00 for each succeeding one in the same order. Lighter weight books are charged $4.00 for the first book and $3 for each succeeding on in the same order. Diamond Toolholders are shipped USPS Priority unless requested otherwise. Other items from our site are shipped as noted. Shipping rates for Canada and other foreign countries will be, by necessity, higher. If we don’t have all of your order in stock, we will ship what we have and place the balance on back order. Your credit card would not be charged for the back order item(s) until we ship.

Bay-Com Enterprises does not share or sell any information about our customers to anyone under any circumstance. Your name, telephone, and address are kept on file only with Bay-Com Enterprises. Your charge card information is not kept on file. All information on paper is shredded after the transaction is complete. Our website is fully secure for safe ordering of our products.
